出現(xiàn)報(bào)警代碼是力士樂(lè)驅(qū)動(dòng)器維護(hù)人員常面臨的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。如果不注意它會(huì)耽誤整個(gè)車間的生產(chǎn)、甚至引起其他不必要的問(wèn)題。

F219 Motor Overtemperature Shutdown電機(jī)過(guò)熱停機(jī)。It applies:temperature warning threshold < temperture error threshold。它適用于：溫度警告閾值<溫度誤差閾值。上海仰光電子科技有限公司專業(yè)從事各品牌伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器維修,伺服電機(jī)維修。

Description:說(shuō)明：

Motor temperature has risen to an unacceptable level. As soon as temperature threshold (155°C) is exceeded, the drive will immediately be brought to a standstill as set in the error reaction (P-0-0119, best possible standstill)電機(jī)溫度已升至不可接受的水平。一旦超過(guò)溫度閾值（155°C），驅(qū)動(dòng)器將立即按照錯(cuò)誤反應(yīng)（P-0-0119，盡可能靜止）

Cause:原因：

1. The motor was overloaded. The effective torque demanded from the motor was above its allowable continuous torque level  for too long.

電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)載。要求的有效扭矩來(lái)自電機(jī)的扭矩高于其允許的連續(xù)扭矩水平時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)了。

2. Break in line, ground short or short circuit in the motor  temperature monitor line

線路斷路、接地短路或電機(jī)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)器線路短路。

3. Instability in the velocity loop.

速度環(huán)的不穩(wěn)定性.

Remedy:補(bǔ)救方法：

1. Check the installation of the motor. If the system has been in operation for a long time, check to see if the the operating conditions have changed. (in regards to pollution, friction, moved components, etc.)

檢查電機(jī)的安裝情況。如果系統(tǒng)已運(yùn)行很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，請(qǐng)檢查操作條件發(fā)生了變化。（關(guān)于污染、摩擦、移動(dòng)部件等）

2. Check wires and cables to the motor temperature monitor for wire breaks, earth short and short circuits.

檢查電機(jī)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)器的電線和電纜是否斷線、接地短路和短路。

3. Check velocity loop parameters.

檢查速度回路參數(shù)。
